Can I donate money using a debit card?
Yes you can use your debit card to donate money just as you can with credit cards. Most debit cards have a Visa or Mastercard logo and can be used anywhere credit cards can be used.
What is a card identification # or CVV?
A card identification # or CVV (Card Verification Value Code) is a three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. On American Express Cards it is a four digit code.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by visiting the Registration Information tab in My Donation Basket. You will be able to change your password as well as registration information.

You may change your password by visiting the Registration Information tab in My Donation Basket. You will be able to change your address as well as registration information.
I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?
If you have forgotten your password you may reset your password. Clicking on that link will email you a link in which you can create a new password. Due to security there is no way for us to tell you what your password is. We only provide the utility to reset your password.
How do I view a list of all my previous donations?
You may view your donation history by visiting My Donation Basket. You will be able to view and print all of your donation details.
How do I update my credit card expiration date, billing address, and/or card identification #?
You can visit the Credit Card tab in My Donation Basket for management of your credit cards. If you recieved a new credit card number you will want to click the Add a Card button to add your new card. If you no longer have your old credit card, you can then remove your old card by clicking the Remove link after you have added your new credit card.
I'm confused with all the pages on the site. Do you have an index where I can see a listing of all pages so I can better find the information I am looking for?

I am trying to reset my password but I am getting this error: Email address is not registered or active.
This error means the email address that you have entered is either not registered or not active. Not registered means the email address was never registered with DonationBasket.org and not active means the email address was registered with DonationBasket.org but was never activated. If you are sure that you registered the email address correctly it is possible that you did not receive the registration activation email. After registering, DonationBasket.org sends out an email to the email address you specified on the registration form. You must click on that link in the email in order to become activated. Without being activated, you will not be able to log and enjoy the full benefits of DonationBasket.org. Please check your SPAM and JUNK folders in your email program to see if possibly the email we sent was routed to one of those folders. If you still experience issues you may Contact Us and we will assist you.
