DonationBasket.org is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and was formed because we saw a need for a change in the way people could donate their hard earned money. Most people who donate money do not realize where their money is actually going and how much of it actually makes it to what you donated to in the first place. We also got tired of hearing people saying that they are doing their part in this world to donate money to help different causes, but realize only pennies actually are going to the cause. 100% of your donations with DonationBasket.org go to the people in need. In 2009 a group of volunteers formed DonationBasket.org. We worked endless hours on the organizational framework so that we could structure this organization unlike the rest. This framework allows us to maximize donations and greatly increase the number of lives we could touch over any other donation organization in the world. That is what made DonationBasket.org a huge success from the start. We make a humungous impact. The volunteers that spend their time running this organization also fund the organization to pay for administrative fees. We also thank all of the generous donors who not only donate, but also specifically choose to help us with our administration fees. With all that hard work and dedication to succeed, we quickly became the world's most trusted way to donate money. We are not a third party donation organization. The donations we collect go straight to the people who need it. We have established many connections all over the world. When people can't afford their medical bills or researchers and scientists need funds for developing cures, DonationBasket.org is there to help.
